Athletics
Athletics can teach students virtues of self-control, perseverance, integrity, teamwork, and more. These valuable skills are applicable to all aspects of their lives. Moreover, students learn that God is with us on the court, in the field, and blesses us with gifts and lessons that shape our daily lives.

Sports Offered at St. Louis School
Cross Country
Students in 5th-8th grade have the opportunity to run cross country as an extracurricular activity.
Students work to improve their personal running skills while still being a member of the team. They focus on pace, form, breathing, and stamina.
In the fall, the cross country season runs for approximately five weeks, including weekly practice and weekend meets. The team practices on our own cross country course on the St. Louis campus. The team runs against other Catholic schools in the area for Saturday meets hosted by Trinity School and St. Marks.
