Thank you for considering St. Louis School for your child. Here are the steps to complete and submit an application.

Below are documents you will need to complete your application. You may upload them when completing your application in SchoolAdmin. Or you may submit them to the admissions director.

1. Prekindergarten applicants

Birth certificate
Baptismal certificate
Current IEP and/or 504 accommodation plan (if applicable)

2. Kindergarten through 8th grade applicants

Birth certificate
Baptismal certificate
Most recent report card or progress report
Most recent standardized test scores (if applicable)
Current IEP and/or 504 accommodation plan (if applicable)

3. Submission Timeline

Admission Timeline

November 1 - December 31 Application window is open.
January 1 - January 31 Applications reviewed: entrance assessments and shadow days (if applicable) are scheduled.
February 1 Families are notified of admission decision.
March 1 Enrollment contracts are due.
